14 Locos 4239/20/02/04/16/05/34/44/49/09/19/40/10/45 were rebuilt as Class 7200 Locomotives and reumbered 7240-7253 respectively.
40 Locos 5275-5294 and 5255-5274 were rebuilt as Class 7200, 7200-7219 and 7220-7239 and renumbered respectively.

The first withdrawals were made in August 1959 and the last locos were withdrawn in 1965. None are preserved.
