were converted for oil burning in 1946-47 and renumbered
4806/04/08/09/11/07/03/10/01/02/05/00/50/55/52/56/57/54/53/51 respectively,
but were reconverted back to coal burning in 1948-49 and rebumbered back to their original number series.
The first withdrawal was the first of the class 2800, in April 1958 and the last loco 3836, was withdrawn from Bristol Barrow Road shed in November 1965. Some are preserved.
