Introduced 1930. Collett design for mixed traffic work. Some fitted with ROD tenders.

The first withdrawal was 2258, from Swindon shed, in December 1958 and the last loco, 2210 was withdrawn from Banbury shed in June 1965. Some are preserved.

Number Series 2200-2299, 3200-3219.
